"Very helpful staff and excellent location. However the hotel is tired and in need of a refresh, have stayed twice previously in 2011 and 2013 but now this property is really in need of refurbishment."

"The entire property seemed clean, well-maintained. It was difficult to find the hutong (alley) because the sign bearing the hutong's name was on the western side of the hutong wall, facing east, and I walked from the west looking for it. =)"

"The unit was uncomfortable for us, there are no enough space for 2 people . The size of unit is good for only 1 person. The bedsheet and comforter looks clean but dusty and itchy. The entire property was cleaned. But inside the premises was dusty and itchy. Soon as the morning came, I didn’t stay longer. I have requested refund for my remaining days. The units is not for us. The facilities are a bit dated, but very comfortable. Water was given to us every day. There are nice amenities the room. Buffet breakfast has nice variety."
