"The hotel was amazing! We stayed for an extended time and the staff treated us well. The spa, pool, and gym were great. The morning breakfast buffet was out of this world. There were so many options and things changed. The executive lounge was well worth it and had a great view. I would definitely go back. Outstanding facility and staff."

"Very nice hotel. Great staff. Luggage holding was great. Could have had less stains in room but didn’t mind it. Amenities were nice but pool closes at 10pm. I recommend having it open later."

"Superb entrance (you will love it) and gorgeous foyer 💕 staff are super nice. Rooms are clean, functional and have slippers, fresh bottles of water every day. Washing machine was added bonus but struggled to dry them as laundry room dryers were on so low it took hours (my only slight negative). We are heading back there after a 5 day detour to Shanghai so see you soon ❤️"

"We had an incredible experience and thanks mostly to our amazing concierge Yina. Yina - you are the best concierge we have ever had. She made arrangements for ALL our sightseeing and we loved it totally. Given we were strict vegetarians, Yina with the help of Angel ( duty manager ) and Cindy ( Front office lady ), arranged breakfast for us to go at no cost and we were able to take fruits, yogurt and bread to consume later for lunch which was invaluable to us. In addition, she found pure vegetarian restaurants for us to enjoy. Love you Yina always for making our stay incredible. Special thanks to Andy for driving us around and being our guide. Regent is now part of my family thanks to Yina and others."

A special thank you to Zoe for her exceptional service. She noticed from our reservation that our child was celebrating a birthday and thoughtfully prepared a lovely surprise gift for him. It was such a kind and caring gesture that made our family feel truly valued. Zoe’s attention to detail, warmth, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. She made our child feel so happy and gave us a lasting impression of the hotel’s wonderful service. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing.
