"I get paying to park at the hotel, but it should be in a private parking spot not out in the open to where people can break into other than that. It should be free, but the day was awesome. It was close to everything that we were there for people were super nice rooms were great."

"Staff were all very kind and helpful. Pool was closed on a weekend that was nothing less than 94 degrees F. Much of the hallway was not maintained: scratches everywhere, scuff marks, and the business center in the lobby was out of order. The room itself was very clean, but its decor was dated."

"This stay was to allow for us to be close to the 1/2 marathon. The hotel is beautiful, a very unique, older hotel. The check in was seamless and the valets were amazing! The room was small, but laid out well and the ac was perfect for the hot weather. It was a pleasure to have a fridge in the room. I did find morning desk staff to be less friendly than the wonderful afternoon person who checked us in, however, they were efficient. If we get back to San Jose, would definitely stay again."
