Avoid at all costs – Biohazard disguised as a hotel I wish I could give this 0 stars. We booked a non-smoking room, but it reeked of stale cigarettes the second we opened the door. When I turned on the bathroom light, cockroaches scattered across the floor. To make matters worse, the main light didn’t work, the comforter had disgusting brown/maroon stains, and the toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall.
When we complained, the front desk was argumentative and insisted the room was non-smoking. They offered a second room three doors down, but it smelled just as bad. We felt so unsafe and disgusted that we left and found a different hotel that same night. I’m shocked Days Inn allows this property to use their name.
