I also wanted to share that I have worked in luxury hospitality for over 30 years. Your Employee Lizeth should be recognized for her outstanding customer service and genuine care. She has the qualities of hospitality that just cannot be taught. Her service wasnt just 5 star--it was 6. Your company should recognize her skills and do what you can to keep her within your company.
