加的夫蘭卡爾芬酒店住宿推介

「3 Horse shoes was great, for some reason our bedroom got mixed up, was supposed to have a family room but got a double. Staff sorted the issue, i dont know but apparenty is was an Expedia mix up. Issue was sorted by the morning even though we arrived late, cool pub with a kids soft play and decent playground. Foods nice, staff great.....」

「The staff were very helpful and relaxed in their approach. Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of tea and a local coffee. The bedroom was clean but obviously being upgraded.」

「Very spacious and in quiet area. Kitchen for breakfast time was great」

「Would have been 5 stars but breakfast let it down. You have to go over the main road for it which isn’t ideal. Also we had to wait 50 minutes for our breakfast to arrive. In the establishments defence it was a car rally day and they were frantically busy. But as we wanted to get on our way it was frustrating.」

「Didn’t like being allocated a room for the disabled with an adjoining door, on the ground floor. Not what we paid for. Were then offered an attic room with a skylight type window, you couldn’t see out and it was dark. They then managed to jiggle things around and we had a decent room, the sort we expected. Didn’t use most of the facilities as we were there for a wedding near by but we did eat in the bar area. Food menu was limited and so were the cocktail choices. Don’t know about the restaurant...

「Hotel nice but rooms outdated and very tired looking, especially the bathroom. Main entrance door to hotel not working and carpet upon entry very grubby.Seemed to be maintenance going on on the top floor and one lift out of service. On the plus side comfy bed, nice staff and pleasant restaurant area.」

「Not very clean.」

「前台服務員很好 早餐有點失望 煎蛋放得太久太硬」

「This is an excellent place to stay. The rooms were very well presented and clean. The breakfast was great, with plenty of scrambled eggs, beans, bacon or sausage, toast, croissants, fruit and yoghurt. The coffee machine is accessible all day. Plenty of parking if not busy but fills quickly so get there early. Do wish that hotels would leave the smart functions operational on the room TVs so guests can access their Netflix accounts!」

「很好，房間夠大，地理位置非常方便」
