When booking direct on our website you are able to choose your room and take a virtual tour of the property, in order to ensure our B&B and your room suits your needs. We apologise that your room was too hot and wish you'd have let us know as fans are available upon request.

Hi, During Covid closures we borrowed massively to stay in business. Last winter we invested double our previous years profits in refurbing 3 bathrooms and bedrooms and improvements are ongoing. We have operated for 19 years. We are lucky to have 5 private parking spaces for 9 rooms and free on road parking too but you have visited at peak season. Incidentally after commission and VAT we received just under £100 per night before our costs come out.

Thanks for your feedback. We are lucky that we have free on street parking and some spaces of our own which is unusual for this resort. We also have larger rooms than the standard one you stayed in. Hope we will see you again.
