「Room was clean and tidy. Could have done with more pillows but that was a personal preference and could have been addressed if I had asked for more so no reflection on the hotel. Breakfast was good, hot and plenty of choice. Items were replenished quickly and staff very efficient. Only complaint would be that there was not always someone at the welcome desk when assistance was required but when there was someone they were very helpful.」

「We didn’t have breakfast but the choices for the evening meals were excellent and reasonably priced. Free on site parking with bus stops for Cardiff city centre a short walk away. Overall a great stay. Staff all very efficient and friendly 」

「The rooms are lovely & clean. Was in room 47 very large king size room with bath tub bathroom. Slept very well, despite noise at 6:30ish am from noisy neighbours. The are the staff are friendly and fantastic can’t do enough to help you. Downsides they do not serve breakfasts (which I think would be amazing if they did) and the hotel used to have a pool but they no longer has it as was filled in and turned into a gym. Easy access to Barry town and Barry island. Car park is small and on a slope...

「Great staff, clean and tidy room, good location with easy car parking. Great food including very good options for my coeliac wife. This is a quaint more traditional style of hotel with it seemed like only six rooms. You still get a room key attached to a fob rather than the key cards you tend to get nowadays and the flooring is a little sloped in places all adding to the charm. We had just a one night stop over but would be happy to return.」

Met the owner and family they were so so lovely and big thanks to their son who opened breakfast early on a Sunday for us catch our plane. 100% will be back and recommend to others. 👍」
