「The cabin was such a special place with the river right at the edge of the garden. We sat out and enjoyed dinner on the platform just next to the water and lit a small fire in the fire pit under the stars. The property was ideal for myself and my two young children (6 and 8, all of us sharing the one room) but would also be great for a couple looking for a getaway in a convenient location for exploring the beautiful surrounding area.」

「Really beautiful property with a great cosy feel to it. The fireplace was great at keeping the house warm and toasty. Kitchen is well stocked and the sound of the stream near by was lovely! The road going up to the property is a bit challenging so something to be mindful of with your vehicle. Very remote but a small village is a 15 minute drive away. The listing says there is a hot tub but they are just regular bath tubs - still great and relaxing! Just no jet element to them.」

「A lovely little cottage that had everything you need. We stayed with our two young children. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it, but we have two areas that weren't perfect. Getting the boiler just right took a while. 「What a fantastic stay to celebrate my Dads 80th Birthday, beautiful house with fabulous views! Kitchen and the whole house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Booking process seamless we even had a few bizarre queries (recent hip surgery) and nothing was too much trouble! A great home to celebrate with family and friends, perfect location plenty to do within walking distance, we didn’t use the car, as weather not the best but a pleasure to eat, relax and socialise together...
