“We booked very last minute and Karen couldn’t have been more helpful! We needed a base near Snowdon and this is a 15 minute drive away. The site itself is just what you’d hope : a bar ( Friday night was bingo!), a lovely river, the grounds beautifully kept and a well stocked shop with all sorts from loo roll to jewellery! “We were surprised that we had to pay extra for heat in the property by purchasing heat credit. The property had a horrible Mildeu smell, which was present even with the windows open. “We had a wonderful stay in this quaint little cottage. Even our grumpy teen who doesn’t like anyone or anything thoroughly enjoyed her stay and wants to return. The most beautiful views of Snowdon from the living room window. Homely little fire burning and keeping us all cosy. Just idyllic. My son also found Rosalie’s bird poem book and as a parrot owning family he had a good chuckle reading them. 100% we will be back.”

“Wow! This is a truly amazing place to have a relaxing holiday. Beautiful area, surrounded by nature, hills and sheep. “Lovely hotel, a couple of issues we got woken up twice by people putting scaffolding on our window. We didnt feel comfortable as we couldnt open the curtains as 2 men were literally stood on scaffolding infront of the window Also we had our do not disturb sign on but the staff still knocked and came in the room with a builder who was going to changing the window the next day. When was asked at reception what time it was being done they didn't know. So we had to set our alarm early and leave……
