Celebrating its rich history and the ongoing passion project of its owners, this cosy semi-detached cottage is a haven for those seeking a bit of peace and tranquillity, offering an intimate escape for couples hoping for a romantic getaway.

As you step through the door, be greeted by the crackling warmth of a wood burner and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The bathroom is situated on the ground floor, too, leaving the upstairs for you to slumber in the spacious bedroom, and with fantastic views you might never want to leave your bed! Modern amenities complement the historic charm, ensuring a comfortable stay surrounded by the cottage’s unique character.

Peace, comfort, beautiful countryside, access to walking and amenities all rolled into one.

A perfect welcome to the perfect cottage located in the most beautiful spot. Everything I needed was there. The cottage was superb. Helen and Claire made me welcome and went above and beyond, recommending walks and providing me with everyhing to make the most of a short stay. I would highly recommend this cottage and location. A short walk into town, but in the country, surrounded by birdsong and views, with great walks in your door step.
