Great place
Great place to stay, easy to get to even if in the city center. Parking on site is a bonus. Staff very helpful. Only issue we had was that the Wifi coverage is pretty poor.

La llegada fué terrible , me dieron una habitación en muy mal estado, cuando pagué 120 eur la noche. Después me dieron otra que estaba ocupada y una srta de gafas en recepción fué muy amable y trató de resolver el problema, sin embargo había otra que fué muy desagradable y que incluso me trató mal dándome una mala respuesta y prácticamente invitándome a irme ya que según ella no tenían mas habitaciones , no es manera de tratar a los clientes, es muy maleducada para estar en recepción

Imposible descansar en este hotel
Las paredes son de papel de fumar, se escucha absolutamente todo. Las cañerías horribles, cuando se duchaba el de arriba salía agua por nuestra ducha. El bidé estaba suelto y perdia agua por abajo… Le han intentado dar un lavado de cara con la reforma, pero hay hoteles de 2 estrellas mejor que este de “supuestas” 3 estrellas.

Chambre rénovée en partie mais qui souffre de la construction ancienne de l’hôtel. Mauvaise qualité des matériaux, mauvaise isolation phonique, literie moyenne. Rapport qualité prix très moyen pour le secteur. Pas de bouteille d’eau, ni bar…. Bref, au prix de la chambre nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux…

Personnellement je ne recommande ni l’hôtel (même si le personnel est gentil et souriant) et encore moins le quartier. Les photos des chambres ont l’air superbe mais en réalités tout est très vétuste. Le sommier très abîmé, les boiseries aussi. Les rideaux très sale et je ne parle même pas de la vue, même si je ne m’attendais pas à une vue extraordinaire je ne m’attendais certainement encore moins à ce que nous avons eu. Nous avons été réveiller à plusieurs reprise par beaucoup de bruit de quartier jusqu’à environ 4h du matin. Je suis extrêmement déçu, cette escale à Lleida a ne pas retenir ni y revenir.

My first room had permanent stains in the tub, the blanket was ripped and had stains, part of the closet door was missing, there was a leak from the ceiling that dripped all night and created a puddle of water on the floor, and the room lacked all basic amenities, including a glass for water. The next day, the lock to the door stopped working. I had to wait at the hotel 2.5 hours before they could clean a different room and allow me to move into that one. That room was cleaner (although it had a huge crack in the wall), but the air conditioner didn't work on a day when the high reached 37 degrees Celsius (98 degrees Fahrenheit). It made for a long and uncomfortable night. Additionally, there is no way to lock the door from the inside, which meant that on two different occasions, hotel staff unexpectedly entered my room while I was in it! And while I believe they entered innocently thinking the room was empty, it was very uncomfortable to know that people could enter the room at any moment and without warning. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Una habitación que es un horno
Si lo que te apetece es asarte como un pollo en la habitación, mientras ves que en la calle hace fresquito, ya sabes dónde venir. En el mes de abril, después de 3 días con temperaturas casi veraniegas, me encuentro con una habitación, a la que el sol de la tarde ha ido calentando y calentando y que hizo que dormir fuera tarea imposible. Me quejé a recepción y su respuesta fue que la calefacción está centralizada y no puede activarse el modo aire acondicionado individualmente. ¿Solución? Abrir la ventana. ¿Sirve de algo? No. Al sólo haber entrada de aire y no una salida, el fresco no entra (pero el ruido sí). Conclusión: no dormimos en toda la noche. Además, la zona, sin ser insegura, tampoco invita a pasearte por ella al ponerse el sol. Podéis consultar otras opiniones, en otras apps de reserva de hoteles y veréis que es un problema generalizad. Incomodidad y confort CERO.

One of the most horrible experience i had, due to bad hotel management I had a late check in, I called the hotel in advance to announce that i will be checking in late after 3 am, i called same day early in the morning to make sure it is fine and even asked if extra fees for late check-in is needed, but on the phone reception says no issue and welcome any time and your room will be ready. i arrive to the hotel at 3 am as i shared, the night janitor or night watch man checks me in, gives me a key and charges my card, and gives me a description to head to the apartment even though i booked a hotel room. i reach the apartment on the top floor which is dirty disgusting with no clean sheets and even a bathroom with a mob and bucket and no working flush on the toilet. room was called and damped. I go down to the reception to see what is this, and why i didn't get the room as in the picture on expedia, the night watchmen tells me they were over booked and the reception gave me this apartment as my room was given to other groups who checked in earlier. I slept in my full cloths for 2 hours and waited for the morning managers to get my money back and cancel my hotel charge. yes i got a refund but still i had a horrible experience due to bad management , i did book for 2 nights and eventhough the hotel offered me the best room they have for my second night as my booking should have, i changed hotel. to find out other guests on the same day had similar experience from sansi park

Hotel muy limpio, personal muy amable y simpático Pros: en pleno centro con parking Contras: cuando se tiraba de la cadena salía agua por debajo, las ventanas costaban de abrir y estaban de reformas. Espero que en unos meses cuando acaben las reformas quede todo mucho mejor .

Una de las peores estancias que tenido en mi vida y eso que viajo habitualmente no limpiaron la habitación de un día para otro no me dieron ninguna solución paredes que parecen de papel de fumar se escucha todo el ruido la limpieza horrible y la atención decepcionante.

Hotel bruyant, chambre non insonorisées, hall de l'hotel correct mais les etages ne sont pas en bon etat, couloir puant la fumée de cigarette. Impossible de dormir avant 1h du matin a cause du bruit. Receptioniste qui donne la clef d'une chambre deja utilisée...Passez votre chemin.

Hotel Review
This hotel is a fantastic 3 star hotel, great service, in a great location and great amenities in then room. The bed was nice and comfortable and room size was great. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who would like to stay in Lleida.

Limpieza dejaba que desear, había polvo y el suelo no estaba limpio. Las sábanas con agujeros y las camas muy incómodas con los cojines con bultos.Las ventanas daban a patios de luces increíblemente sucios y los baños necesitan reforma.
