Villa Cora is a charming 3 bedroom property built over 2 floors located in a very quiet area just 3,5 km from the lovely Cala Canyelles beach and 7 kms from the center of Tossa de Mar, one of the hot spots of Costa Brava!¡Ideal for a relaxing vacation in Costa Brava with family, it includes everything that you need to feel at home!It can accomodate up to 8 guests in a living area of 180 m2 and 850 m2 plot.Wonderful outdoor area with private swimming pool and amazing sea views. There is also a large, covered terrace where you can have a poolside breakfast enjoying the nice sea views, barbecue and parking for 1/2 cars.On the 1st floor there is a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people (120x180cm), a Kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook: cutlery, pots, washing machine, fridge, microwave , toaster and oven, a suite with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with single bed (90 x 190 cm) and another bathroom with bathtub.On the lower floor we find a large living room with TV and exit to the terrace, another kitchen, a suite with double bed (150 x 200 cm) and bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower. There is also a folding bed (90 x 190 cm) for 1 person.Wifi includedPets not allowed.Optional Air conditioning with an extra cost: 150 €/week.We do not allow groups of young people and parties in this unit.This property is only rented to families.
