Highly recommendable

We are a family of 5 who really enjoyed staying in this old charming stone house. The spacious pool was great fun for all of us. We took many day trips to the beaches and coves at the north and east coast and almost every spot in Mallorca can be reached within a 1 hour drive. Highly recommendable place to spend a holiday in Mallorca!

Wenn Sie Ruhe und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre suchen.... in diesem Haus werden Sie sie finden. Obwohl wir im März waren, mussten wir den Ofen benutzen, weil es nachts kalt war. Am Tag war es auf der Terrasse toll, wir genossen es so sehr, zu frühstücken, uns zu entspannen und eine Weile zu lesen. Besondere Erwähnung für den Besitzer, er war sehr freundlich.

Top gepflegte Außenanlage und schöner Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wurde- Kommunikation mit der vermietenden Agentur war super und unkompliziert- ruhige Lage in ländlicher Idylle Ausstattung der Küche spartanisch, einige Utensilien sind sehr abgenutzt und sollten erneuert werden- kein Grundstock an Reinigungsmitteln (Spüli, Spülmaschinensalz usw.) vorhanden- Putz kam im Eingangsbereich von der Decke - fehlende Ablageflächen in den Bädern- Einrichtung teilweise abgewohnt.

Tutto perfetto. Casa molto accogliente, con bellissima piscina e spazio all’aperto verdeggiante. Posizione strategica per raggiungere qualsiasi punto dell’isola. Sineu paese molto carino.Unica nota leggermente negativa l’odore di umido in casa, normale per una costruzione di pietra come questa in campagna

Wir haben sehr schöne und erholsame Tage in ländlicher Ruhe und Idylle verbracht. Die Umgebung und die Außenanlage sind ein Traum. Allerdings könnte die Unterkunft innen mal eine ordentliche Reinigung und etwas mehr Pflege gebrauchen (Spinnweben in den Ecken, Fettfilm in der Küche, muffelndes Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss, Reste von Sand, der vom Dach herabrieselt auf dem Sofa). Nur gut, dass das Wetter schön war und wir uns viel im Freien aufhalten konnten.

Tolles Haus für Ruhe Suchende

Super schönes Landhaus im Herzen von Mallorca, welches mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe zum schwimmen, der Garten und die Terrasse sind sehr gepflegt und laden zum verweilen ein. Es ist absolute Privatsphäre gegeben, da es keine Nachbarn gibt und das Grundstück von der Straße aus nicht einsehbar ist. Nur Kleinigkeiten: Bettlaken (unseres war zu klein und ist ständig verrutscht), Kaffeemaschine (alt und seht langsam), Klimatisierung/ Lüftung (im Haus war nach ein paar Tagen Aufenthalt eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, die wir trotz Lüften und benutzen der Klimaanlage nicht verbessern konnten)

Nous étions en famille 2 adultes et 4 enfants et nous avons passé un excellent moment. La maison est très agréable et très propre. Emplacement parfait, très calme et proche de Sineu ville charmante, de plus facile pour visiter toute l'ile car central. La piscine est grande et très propre ce qui est très agréable. Deux petits points d'amélioration : une cafetière et un barbecue en mauvais état. Mais sinon, nous recommandons !

Schöne Finca nähe Sineu

Die Finca liegt ruhig. Das Grundstück ist mit einem Zaun umgeben der einem Sicherheit gibt und auch keine Tiere auf das Grundstück gelangen und in den Pool fallen könnten. Der Pool ist schön gross und die Finca ist gemütlich. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist genügend, wir haben viel gekocht. Auf eine geschriebene Mail oder einen Anruf wurde sofort reagiert, sehr netter Service. Wir durften etwas früher in die Finca was uns sehr entgegengekommen ist. Danke dem Mallorca Charme Team. Ich weiss nicht, ob die Verbesserungen auch bei der Bewertung erscheinen, darum drei Hinweise. 1. In einem Zimmer sollten die Matratzen ersetzt werden. 2. Es sollten saubere warme Decken zur Verfügung stehen. Wir hatten im September nur leere Duvetanzüge zur Verfügung. 3. Insektengitter an den Fenstern wäre sehr nützlich. Mit diesen drei Verbesserungen wäre die Finca top. Es sind Kleinigkeiten die besser sein könnten.

Our overall impression

This is a lovely house and in a beautiful spot. In our 9 day visit, we had no representative checking us in or out, had the pool cleaned at 8pm one night, although the couple who came were very nice. One drawback was a very high pitched noise which would come and go and an excessive amount of flies and mosquitoes. Lastly, we cleared our rubbish and recycling regularly but we found it difficult to find a place to deposit the last small bag of rubbish, as the rubbish place was shut- perhaps they should allow the last rubbish bag to remain in the house, as they will be cleaning it anyway?? That would have saved us a lot of stress as we had a 9am flight!

Lovely finca and easy communication

This is a sweet finca, with lots of charm. Buy logs locally and enjoy the wood burner, which during our stay was lovely for the cooler nights. Accommodation is clean but quite basic and for us that added some charm. 2 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and 1 bed downstairs with bathroom near by. We found communication really easy and owners allowed a slightly earlier check in, which we were very grateful for. Note, you will pay electricity as an extra. I didn't realise this but its because Ididn't the show more part on listing. A great stay, lovely sunshine and we even braved the pool! (22ish). thank you!

Great holiday in Sa Caseta!

Die Finca ist wirklich traumhaft,

Wir wollten uns nur noch einmal für die Bedanken für 2 tolle Wochen in der Finca Can Blanc, die reibungslose Buchung und stetig schnelle Rückantwort auf unseren Fragen. Was uns am besten gefallen hat, ist, dass es zwei kleine Terrassen mit unterschiedlichen Atmosphären gibt.

Sehr gut zum Radfahren

Wir waren eine kleine Gruppe von Radfahrern, die Location ist perfekt zum Radfahren. Die letzten Tage haben wir sie zur Entspannung genommen und es ist ein echtes Privileg, wir haben sogar gebadet! Vielleicht ein weiteres Sofa, da wir zu sechst waren, aber mit den Sesseln ging es uns allen sehr gut.
