“Staff was not very friendly. In the case of purchasing the breakfast and dinner combo’s they would want to charge us for drinks I find that completely absurd. When I brought my own water from outside you would think that I asked them for a loan of $10000 by the way they reacted to us bringing our own water. Additional to that, no parking at all the response was if you can’t find any spots, which were very few at that, you would have to park in the street. In an unpaved road where our rental was……

“Leider war unser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Der Zimmerservice war unzureichend. Am zweiten Tag kam das Reinigungspersonal erst sehr spät, und anschließend wurde das Bett sogar mit der bereits benutzten und schmutzigen Bettwäsche neu bezogen. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel und entspricht nicht den Mindeststandards eines Hotels. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war überwiegend sehr unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Bereits einfache Fragen schienen zu viel zu sein. Lediglich ein Mitarbeiter……

“Room cleaned daily and fresh towels if you need them , all other areas of the hotel are very clean Excellent buffet Helpful friendly staff Comfortable room. Handy to have a fridge. TV in room. Only Spanish channels. Close to all shops, bars , restaurants and beach Pool accessible. Had a lift for people with disabilities, both pool had children’s pool Plenty of sun loungers with parasols for shade. Shame the pool closed at 18:00. Other pool with snack bar very good. “Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und in Sachen Sauberkeit und Ambiente absolut auf Fünf-Sterne-Niveau. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Leider wurde statt des gebuchten Deluxe-Zimmers mit King-Bed und Balkon zunächst ein barrierefreies Zimmer vergeben. Dieses entsprach optisch und funktional nicht dem gebuchten Standard. Für meinen knapp zwei Meter großen Vater war dies besonders unangenehm, da weder Dusche noch Spiegel für ihn geeignet waren. Trotz sofortiger Reklamation……

“Hotel is located in front of a park. It is nice to have balcony in the room. The room is quite comfort but there is strange smell in the room. Breakfast is nice!”

“This property was AMAZING! The staff was very kind and helpful. The property is walking distance from the beach but just far enough that you were not in front of all the foot traffic. So you got the privacy you needed plus the proximity you want. The breakfast was delicious. Hotel rooms were big, clean and fully updated. If you are looking for a boutique style hotel in a nice area where you can relax and explore, this is the hotel. Oh and don’t forget to ask about the spa! Overall, I will be……

“The room was large and well equipped with a nespresso coffee machine which was nice. Bathroom was large and had a spacious shower. Unfortunately, the mattress was lumpy and in some parts uncomfortable. We were very disappointed that the.pool was charged as an extra at €30 euros per day per couple and was indoor - we chose this hotel to be able to rnjoy the pool but it didnt warrant the extra cost just for a quick dip at the end of a long day sightseeing.
