Lemontree is your perfect home for a relaxing holiday with spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountains in the west of Mallorca. With private pool and large terraces, the finca is close to Lloseta and welcomes 6 guests.
With the mountains right next door, the location is a dream for cycling or hiking. Especially in spring, when the almond trees are in bloom, it is the perfect time to explore our island by bike or on foot. Around the house there are many paths, where you can go on bike rides with the whole family. In the town Inca or in Lloseta, 10 minutes driving distance, there are many restaurants, supermarkets and bars, everything you need for a perfect stay. We recommend a dinner in the restaurant Santi Taura, which serves Mallorcan delicacies. The Tramuntana mountain range, declared a World Heritage Site, hides many treasures worth exploring, among them the picturesque villages of Valldemossa, Sóller and Fornalutx and the coves with crystal clear waters such as Banyalbufar, Port des Canonge or Port de Valldemossa. In the north there are sandy beaches such as Puerto de Alcúdia, Playa de Formentor or Playa de Muro.
In the morning a long breakfast on the terrace, enjoying the first rays of the sun and then a refreshing swim in the private pool - that's how you like to start your day. The 6 x 4 metre private pool has a depth of between 1.5 and 1.65 metres and is accessible via stairs - here you can swim with spectacular views of the mountains! If you want to freshen up quickly, there is an outdoor shower. All the chefs in the family will find a built-in barbecue for grilling meat and vegetables. These grilled delicacies can be enjoyed on the terrace, which in summer is partially covered by a shady vine. In the afternoon, you can organise exciting table tennis tournaments or simply choose one of the sun loungers and enjoy the Mediterranean sun.
The house has a 4G Wifi connection (fibre). The terrace gives access to the air-conditioned living-dining room with open kitchen. Preparing your favourite meals is easy here as the kitchen is well equipped, including a ceramic hob, cooking utensils, blender, meat griddle and sandwich maker, among other things. For preparing big breakfasts, there is a kettle, juice squeezer and coffee machine, so you will not be short of anything. The owners' love for the house can be seen in every corner, especially in the bedrooms. There are three bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with a 1.35 m bed. All of them have a coat rack or wardrobe. They have a nice view of the garden, and in spring you can see the almond trees in bloom. If you are travelling with a baby, we will gladly prepare a cot and a highchair for you. Especially if you stay longer, a washing machine and an iron are necessary - in this house there is everything! Lemontree is - more than a house - a real home, ideal for families and people who are looking for peace and quiet and individuality.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards and only during the high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.
The deposit will be held via credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
