Good hotel for 4 days trip with friend, clean pool was lovely. The only thing is the all/ inclusive include 6 alcoholic drinks 3 during lunch time and 3 during diner time. No much choice in hot food for vegetarian.

The lobby and pool area are very nice. The room was clean but the bathroom in our room was dated and needed an upgrade. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Food was good and my fussy husband could always find something to eat.

The hotel is officially 3 stars but I have been to 2 star hotels with higher standards! The building is run down, the pool is overcrowded and not very clean & the all inclusive is a joke! Having said that, there is always something good and decent to eat despite the food items being very limited. I have been to all inclusive hotels where there have been tens of food items but still nothing good to eat! Therefore, I can't fail the food or the all inclusive but be prepared that their all inclusive is not what you might expect! The Spanish staff is not very nice or helpful (maybe they are tired of the tourists!!) but the foreign workers are quite nice. The cleaning ladies (Spanish & non Spanish) are very nice too. Overall: disappointing & expensive! I won't give it more than 2 stars! I have visited Mallorca more than 10 times & can find much cheaper hotels with better standards!

I had a great short stay. The property exceeded expectations given the price in august. I had no problems with the food there was fair choice and especially loved breakfast. My bed was made every day, good aircon, staff very nice. Bit busy round the pool at certain points but better than expected. Both quiet and busy beaches quite near if ok to walk a bit. Very handy for airport. Would recommend for value for money. The all inclusive on alcohol is restricted to meal times but not the restaurant so not as annoying as thought plus drinks cheap otherwise.

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Great communal areas such as the bar, pool and park. We got the all inclusive booking and was disappointed with the vegetarian food selection during lunch and dinner. Other than that we had a great experience.

Nie wieder dieses Hotel

Nie wieder dieses Hotel! Bei dem ersten Zimmer, das sie mir gaben, hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert (bei Außentemperaturen von +39°C unerträglich) und es hat nach Abwasser gestunken. Vorschlag von der Rezeption: man gibt mir ein Raumspray, wodurch der Gestank mit einem chemischen Duft übertüncht werden soll. Das war absolut inakzeptabel. Erst nach mehrmaligen Androhungen, mir ein anderes Hotel zu suchen, wurde mir ein anständiges Zimmer gegeben, das nicht stank und wo die Klimaanlage ordnungsgemäß funktionierte. Zudem nehmen die dortigen Gäste keine Rücksicht auf andere Hotelgäste. Beispiel einer südländischen Familie: deren Kinder krakeelten nach 22.00 Uhr auf dem Flur herum und nach meiner Bitte, doch ein wenig leiser zu sein, wurde man angeschaut, als ob man die Familie auf's Äußerste beleidigt hätte und der einzige Kommentar war, man solle sich bei Beschwerden an die Rezeption wenden. Außerdem ist die ganze Nacht über ein Kommen und Gehen besoffener Gäste, die wie selbstverständlich auf dem Flur herumschreien und die Türen zuknallen, als ob man sie zuschweißen will. Ohne Ohrstöpsel findet man hier keine Nachtruhe. Nun zum Essen: es war recht lecker, aber man sollte sich direkt zu der Zeit, wo der Speisesaal öffnet, dort hinbegeben. Nach ca. 20 Minuten ist das Essen kalt, es wird nicht warmgehalten! Fazit: bucht ein anderes Hotel, auch wenn es ein paar Euro teuer sein sollte. Und für Alleinreisende, bucht ein "Adult only"-Hotel, ist besser so.

Fint hotel til pengene

Det var generelt fint. Men hotellet er slidt. Servicen var noget af det bedste jeg har prøvet. Der var dog en livredder som ødelagt lidt det sjove for børnene. Hotellet er informeret om det. Rengøring var rigt fint og som forventet. Værelser var dog lidt små og specielt badeværelset.

Veldig koselig og fint hotell. Veldig lytt, slik at man hørte alt som skjedde i gangene og på rommene ved siden av, men sover man tungt gjør ikke det noe. Vi var her i 5 dager og hadde all inclusive. I det så er frokost, lunsj og middag inkludert. Tre glass øl (san Miguel) eller vin (et lokalt et tror jeg) til lunsj og middag er da inkludert. Man kan også få dispenserbrus helt frem til kl 23. Snacksen inkludert var frukt, noen skiver med ost og skinke og muligens småbakst fra frokosten/lunsjen. Maten varierte litt så man går nok ikke lei på bare 5 dager, men var ikke det absolutt mest fantastiske jeg har spist. Dette er heller ikke forventet ettersom vi ikke betalte store summen for oppholdet. Mest positive: så lett med transport fra hotellet. Vi tok vanlig buss fra flyplassen som man bruker bankkort til å «tappe» seg inn på. Stopper rett utenfor hotellet. Bussen går også til Palma herfra (ca. 30 min tur). Mest negative: hvor høylytt det var. Alt i alt helt fint opphold med fint bassengområde!

Det som har vart bra och dåligt. Bra:, deras croissanter, poolen var fin, snälla städerskor, byte handdukar varje dag och städades i rummet. Dåligt: Hotellsängen är antingen hård eller för mjuk, lyhört i korridorerna och från grannarna, dem tar betalt 1Euro för plast muggen du vill ha dricka i från baren , när du redan har all inclusive …men du får tbx den när du lämnar muggen. Resturangen, finns ingen variation på frukost eller middag , så fick äta mina middagar och lunch ute på restaurang.

Das Hotel war super mit dem Bus vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen bzw. hat man sehr gute Busanbindungen nach Palma oder die Umgebung. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind Supermärkte, Apotheke und Restaurants. Den Spaziergang zum Strand habe ich als angenehm empfunden. Die Essensauswahl an sich fand ich ausreichend, selbst Vegetarier wären satt geworden. Es gab alle möglichen Ersatzmilchs anstatt Kuhmilch bzw. Laktose freie Milch. Allerdings fehlte dem Essen einiges an Gewürzen, das war schwer das mit den kleinen Salz und Pfeffertüten auszugleichen. Das Personal war freundlich auch wenn das Servicepersonal am Empfang kein deutsch kann. Leider waren an meiner Zimmertüre die Schrauben von innen und außen lose. Einige konnte ich selbst nachziehen, andere Fasten nicht ins Holz. Der Duschvorhang hätte mal erneut gehört.
