Winderful house

We spend 3 nights in Jose’s house, we were a group of 6. The house is located in the country side and offers all amenties possible. We enjoyed the big surroundings, including a pool, BBQ, football field, outside tables for eating. Jose was very helpful and provided all information we needed, we also enjoyed the barrel of cold beer. I can highly recommend Jose and his house!

Finca Llucmajor

Die Finca von Jose hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war wie in der Objektbeschreibung vorhanden. Trotz sehr heißer Temperaturen haben uns der Pool und die Außendusche schön abgekühlt. Wenn es doch zu heiß wurde, konnten wir in die Finca gehen, denn die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut gearbeitet. Zudem haben wir ausgiebig die schönen Terrassen, sowie den hervorragenden Grill genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Jose verlief tadellos. Er ist ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Vermieter, der uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat. Wir können die ruhig gelegene Finca uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Es war ein schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt ( mit Auto ), Kommunikation mit Vermieter war sehr gut , ständig erreichbar, viele Freitzeitmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände, Pool, Tischtennis,Federball.Kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt über das verlängerte Wochenende mit 7 Personen war sehr schön. Die Lage der Finca ist sehr ruhig und der Kontakt mit dem Besitzter war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Gerne wieder!

una settimana vertiginosa

due famiglie molto amiche, arriviamo molto tardi ...dopo le 23 la strada dall'aeroporto è tutta dritta...25 minuti con le indicazioni di Jose troviamo la casa facilmente e accediamo...la casa è bella...con un bel giardino e camere grandi, con molti accessori...forse troppi.... bella la piccola piscina..molto usata dai ragazzi e il tavolo da biliardo, Jose è un Host molto smart e disponibilissimo, una gran bella persona, la casa ha facile accesso alle vie principali verso Palma ed le altre città a sud dell'isola abbiamo un unico neo da sottolineare, che ha impedito di dare il massimo...la pulizia iniziale...poca...lì ci siamo rimasti male...chi doveva fare il lavoro...non l'ha fatto! poi tutto è filato per il meglio Hola

wir hatten eine tolle zeit im haus. reisten zu 5t an und hatten genügend platz. grosszügig und für 2 familien super aufgeteilt. es hat alles was man braucht. einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den alltag, mit dem Auto, 5min entfernt. jose war super freundlich und die kommunikation hat bestens geklappt. leider war anfangs eine kleine putzaktion nötig.

Nos ha gustado mucho la casa, genera un ambiente familiar muy bueno, encantada con el propietario. Volveremos a alquilarla sin duda. El único comentario negativo por poner algo, es que la hora de salida es muy pronto, en otras propiedades se sale más tarde. Saludos!!

Super puente improvisado

Dadas las circunstancias, nos anularon un viaje que teniamos unos amigos y yo. Asi que improvisamos y encontramos la casa perfecta, super equipada y cerca del centro. NO PODIAMOS PERDER ESTA OPORTUNIDAD y asi fue, un super puente (si estas leyendo esto tambien te lo recomiendo)

Wenn einen der Lärm von Hühnern und Hähnen nicht wirklich stört, ist diese Finca ein einziger Traum. Es ist unglaublich, mit welchem Feingefühl der Besitzer auf die möglichen Bedürfnisse und Annehmlichkeiten eingegangen ist. Zusätzlich gab es sogar noch einen Bier Nachschub vom Besitzer. Mein Fazit: Überdimensional und Perfekt.

Great stay

We stayed at that finca for two weeks with 2 families and had a great time. We most enjoyed the pool of course. But as parents it was pleasant to sit outside in the evening on the terrasse, enjoy the sky in the night. José is a great host, contact with him was made very easy. He took care of our stay with great hospitality. We have to say thanks you and would like to come back again.
