"Great stay at this villa. It was nice and the communication from the hosts was very good. Thank you very much for our stay. The kitchen is poorly equipped and the dishwasher doesn't clean very well. More cooking utensils and chopping boards would be helpful. It leaves a film on everything so better to hand wash."

"Hubert was above and beyond as a host. He helped to arrange a taxi to bring us to the unit and then met us there. He personally gave a tour of the flat and gave recommendations on food and activities based on what we wanted to experience on this vacation. The flat was perfect, clean, and located within steps to the beach and restaurants. The balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee. I would stay here again and again!"

"All communication with Tanja was great with speedy replies and helpful information. The apartment is well looked after and has clean, fresh linens. Balcony is a good size and plenty of room for 4 of us! The people watching opportunities from the balcony vantage point were great! There is noise of hustle and bustle from the beach but it's very quiet at night and we slept very well! The location is fantastic, near to all the restaurants and shops. The pool was beautiful and well kept. Maybe...

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer Traumwohnung unmittelbar an einem der schönsten Strände Mallorcas - dem Es Trenc. Fußläufig in 3 Minuten zu erreichen, besser geht es nicht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Dachterrasse einfach klasse! Wir waren schon oft auf Mallorca aber noch nie so schön und komfortabel gewohnt. "Pros: Apartment size was perfect for 4 adults and a toddler. The host provided a high chair and cot on request. The apartment was clean and had everything in it that we needed. Pool area well maintained and not too busy. Short walk down to the beach and about 10-15 min walk into the centre. Really enjoyed our stay here. Cons: The only thing if we were being picky is the option of a second pillow. We bought our own which was fine but would say good to have the option. This would not put us off...

"We had a nice stay! The apartment is cute, very close to the beach, some restaurants and also a grocery store. The bathroom was clean and with a lot of space and the shower was large too. One thing that could be improved is the kitchen cleaning, also because we found some used sponges (by the previous guests) and an open packet of chips and the room smelled ‘’closed’’. Anyway we would choose this apartment again! Nice neighborhood, nice town and great home."
