. I would definitely recommend this house

The house was on a very quiet location but still close to a nice city with supermarkets and restaurants. We enjoyed Llucmajor, Palma and the beautiful coast all of them just a short drive from the location of the house. We had a great reception with good tips for things to do or where to eat and the house had everything we needed for our relaxed holiday. I would definitely recommend this house but be aware that you need a car to make things comfortable. If you like cats you are in for a treat... if you don't it's easy to ignore them.. actually, it would be hard because they are so adorable ;-)

Tuvimos una excelente estancia en este apartamento. Llegamos en plena noche y el anfitrión nos esperó. Es muy disponible y amable. Nos proporcionó un manual para aconsejarnos sobre cosas que hacer en Mallorca. El apartamento era simplemente perfecto, tranquilo y agradable. Gracias de nuevo.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison ! La maison est isolé dans les terre au milieu de terrain agricole, le fait que ce ne soit pas éclairé permet de contempler les étoiles sur le toit terrasse la nuit. Très beau couché de soleil et nuit sans un bruit ! La maison est conforme aux photos, propre et très bien équipée. Merci à Manuel pour son accueil à 2h du matin ! Et pour sa réactivité au retour ! Je recommande.

Buena estancia para descansar después de una jornada laboral.

La limpieza, la ubicación y los servicios ofrecidos. El casero es muy amable y atento con los huéspedes, da muchas facilidades para el check-in y check-out. Al ser una subcontrata con la que haces la reserva, y ser un viaje por trabaja, a la hora de pedir la factura es mas complicado que pedírsela directamente al propietario.

Pas idéal

On y a séjourné 4 nuits, le logement était pas super propre (des poils dans la douche). Un gros problème au niveau de la maison, des que nous sommes pieds nu avec les mains humides on prend l’élèctricité partout, même sous la douche et le pire avec le lave vaisselle. Problème signalé au propriétaire mais c’est de notre faute. Il y a 4 chats avec 3 bébés qu’on doit nourrir (se n’est pas dérangeant on aime les chats, mais juste le mettre dans l’annonce) ils sont très mignon sinon dans l’ensemble plutôt bien et isolé

Convenient accommodation, close to Palma and central to visit other places of the island We loved the lemons in the garden !! ?? and very well welcomed by the hosts. Few things to know: many cats in the areas, but they are nice Wifi not very good But I would recommend!
