The apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 guests and features 1 bedroom space within an open-plan living and sleeping area, thoughtfully furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A dining table completes the living area, offering a comfortable space for meals. The studio comprises 1 bathroom, which was fully renewed in 2024 and is equipped with a shower and WC. The open kitchen, also newly installed as part of the 2024 renovation, includes an oven, 4 induction hot plates, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. A small balcony of 8 m2, also south-east facing, is accessible directly from the living area and is furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, providing a pleasant outdoor space.
