"We went with another family and we had two rooms. I think we picked an ideal time to go, it was Halloween and the hotel and waterpark was empty. The kids were able to enjoy the waterpark and ride the waterslides as much as they wanted without lineups. The room was pretty clean and spacious, kids liked having there own bunk beds in a separate area of the room. When we arrived there were some stains around the toilet that were missed by housekeeping, I called to front desk and someone was there to take care of it within a few minutes. Excellent service!"

"Great location in biew of the Falls. Good variety of restaurants within same block. Great bus service & incline shuttle to the Falls level. Breakfast buffet is adequate. The only draw back is they only have 1 elevator. This didn't pose a problem in November but I can see it taking a while in the high tourist season."
