"House was clean, boat dock was a great size for fishing and the boat as well as for the kids to swim. The layout of rooms was great to give adults separation for some quiet time! The owners were very responsive and super friendly. Would definitely stay again! Just make sure you have a broom handy to sweep off all the spiderwebs!"

The yard could use some help and the Stand up paddle boards are old and not in the best shape. The fire pit area could have used a good cleaning. Overall the place is in a great location and suited our needs."

"We had a wonderful time during our stay! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare all meals in the home. The back yard was beautiful! There were rafts, noodles, and sand toys galore. The new hot tub was fantastic as well. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. I would highly recommended this property to other families looking to travel to Lake Anna. "

We made mention of a few things that were broken in the house, couches uncomfortable and smelling of dogs, unorganized/dirty kitchen items, and beach was not manicured and ready for kids. But overall nice house, nice game room, beautiful new kitchen downstairs and nice open kitchen/living area. House looked upgraded but not very well done. Would rent again if items mentioned were corrected."

"We had a Great stay other than some mice in the house that I’m sure Matt our Host will take care of! Beautiful place with lots of things to do to keep the kids busy and Adults. Very peaceful setting! The lake was very warm, I think you could swim in it in December and it would feel great. Everything you needed was basically provided which was really nice!"
