「Comfy beds, quiet area, internet sucked 」

「Great communication from the owner, property was very clean and easy to get to everything. Only issue is parking. We were told we could park underground or on the street. Arrived on Friday during day and less street parking so parked underground. Big mistake. The underground garage is antiquated and does not have a CC reader, so they just close all access on Saturday & Sunday. Luckily we had a friend who worked for the state of Illinois and was able to contact someone in Security who met us two...

「This is our 4th or 5th stay at one of Matthew’s properties and our experience was as we have come to expect. His properties are comfortably furnished, clean, and consistent with their descriptions. We have never needed assistance as there have never been issues with check in or maintenance, but I have no doubt it would be handled quickly and efficiently. When I come home to visit my central IL hometown, I always look for a listing of Mathew’s to use during my stay. 」

「An older apartment refurbished recently, but not quite all finished with it, particularly in the bathroom where the door won't close and there are holes in the shower walls. Rest of apartment very clean and kitchen pretty well equipped for cooking, except the coffee maker was missing the brewing basket , which made it useless. Up a two story flight of stairs. Great location but confusing to find because there was no number visible on the building.」
