「Very beautiful property. The host was very helpful. The room and bedding were very clean. Everything was central to everything. Check-in was confusing as there was no intercom to call up. I went to the front door on the 1st floor and knocked. I had to call the number and then we were met at the front door. That was the only downside. Everything else was smooth sailing after that. 「Beautiful hotel with an incredibly polite and welcoming staff. The receptionist, Robbie (Rebecca), was outstanding and truly made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, and if you book a water-view room with the mountains in the background, the scenery is absolutely surreal.
Although the hotel is located directly across from the train station and you can hear the trains, it didn’t bother my wife or me at all—the breathtaking setting more than made up for it.
