「Quite disappointed in this stay. Yes, the room was spacious and clean. But it’s advertised as a sound proofed room - it is not. Very very loud with noises from the busy street, hearing neighbours (walls so thin I could hear their morning alarm going off). Any time someone flushed their toilet I could hear the pipes like they were in the room. I also messaged staff for help with WiFi and air con with zero response. 」

「 The location is okay. 25 minutes walk to the sights. A supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. -It’s a 3 room B&B with thin walls. So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work...

「Fantastic central location! Wonderful view from the balcony of our ‘family room’. No on-site reception, but prompt and friendly responses to all requests through WhatsApp. They do clearly state their limited reception hours but I got responses to concerns right away.
