「Had a contract worker stay here and he was very satisfied, clean and spacious property 」

「This is a great property if you have a dog with its private yard and grass area. It’s also VERY close to downtown. Negatives…dead ants, tree sheds sticky leaves that stick to everything. I would rent again!」

「The "Cottage" is well designed and has everything you need in a short-term rental. Well appointed small kitchen with breakfast bar. Bathroom was clean with a shower stall and large vanity. Good internet and 2-desks for working. All relatively new and clean. Located in a nice Palo Alto neighborhood within walking distance to downtown. Host was great. Stayed for 14-days and will stay there again.」

「Place was perfect for party of 3, very comfy king bed and above average sleeper sofa. Nice sheets too. Bathroom is on the small side but very clean/nice (water pressure was phenomenal). Air conditioners/heaters worked well, nice sized tv with typical streaming options. Bikes came in handy (cool beach cruisers). Was able to do late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. Good communication from owner before and during stay. Will book again next year.」
