The hotel was clean and had a lot of great amenities. Although the room itself was comfortable, the walls are incredibly thin and it’s easy to hear surrounding sounds or voices. Overall, the stay was okay.

O my stayed one night as we were passing through, but will definitely stay here in the future. The walk to shoreline amphitheater is short, the coffee shop was wonderful, and the whole place smells amazing. We were also greeted with a drink at check in, which was a nice way to start off our evening.

Staff 10/10, cleanliness and location 10/10. We had a corner room and no workable AC on one of the hottest days of the year. Staff brought up a fan, but this also happened last year, similar corner suite. They need to fix their HVAC system.

Parking garage on property $20 overnight. Room was ready early. Was offered a glass of champagne while checking in , check-in was easy. Hotel room was immaculately cleaned fresh new amenities in the room, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided in the shower. Coffee pot in the room staff was great to work with. They have a bar and restaurant on site. Couldn’t go wrong for going to a concert at Shoreline, which is in walking distance less than a mile. It’s my go to place.

It was pretty nice but the price was not justified. $500+ for one night. Room took a while to get to a comfortable temperature but was clean with a nice shower. Sauna was the high point for me. Gym was okay, but a lacking in plates. Only one set of 10,25,35,45

Shashi Hotel is really nice and well kept! Staff very helpful! There is a huge parking lot that used to be free to park. They are now charging $20 for parking. Patrons now are parking on sidewalk, which is unfortunate that such a quality hotel is having customers park on the sidewalk leaving the hotel parking lot largely vacant. Please return parking to free for customers. It doesn't feel good having such a nice hotel have customers park on the sidewalk. It doesn't match the vibe of the hotel! Thanks for your consideration!!!

This is truly a beautiful hotel . The space is updated and offers a spa like feel from the moment you step into the hotel . The staff were very friendly and helpful and even though I had booked my room online about 30 minutes before - it was ready for me for an early check in . The hot tub / sauna/ steam room and pool were exceptional I was able to get a workout in at the work out area. My family and I had breakfast twice at the restaurant. It was delicious! I will definitely return and will refer all my friends here .
