"The staff was super helpful for my entire trip! My luggage arrived late from my flight and they were extremely helpful with communicating with the airline for me! Eternally grateful! The room was accommodating, comfortable bed and I especially loved that I could control the temperature as I’m always cold! Also, the complementary drink upon arrival was a nice surprise but the breakfast options were supreme! Fresh squeezed OJ, omelettes, Nutella with fresh fruit and bottomless cafe lattes. The entire staff from the front desk to the bar and restaurant crew were phenomenal. One gal even suggested the Calimala Florence location for the next portion of my Christmas vacation and even set up the accommodations for me. Very, very helpful. "Wish hotels.com would give option for breakfast included in price of hotel. It was expensive and were not informed of the price. $108 (15 euro per person) for 4 per day for a breakfast is not cheap! But everything else was excellent!"

"The room is very clean and spacious. New decoration and very comfortable. The staff are nice and touchable. Breakfast is brillant although the choices are not great.The hotel locates just next to Metro station, it's quite convenient to move around the city."
