“The hotel is good place if you are looking for a place to stay before flying from Lombok, the pool is good, breakfast is good too. But the bathroom can be a bit cleaner.”

“Magnifique villa, personnel très gentil et super réactif. Nous sommes plutôt satisfait de notre séjour. Les seuls bémols étaient une odeur d’égouts parfois forte dans les chambres et le bruit du voisinage notamment pendant les fêtes de mariage car les chambres sont mal isolées.”

“优点：整体来说还是不错的，虽然客房距离酒店大堂有点距离，但是可以使用房间内的手机通过WhatsApp联络酒店方，但是似乎没有给手机卡缴费，出了酒店这部手机就不能使用网络了。 缺点：酒店在山上，下到海滩需要走半个小时的山路，路有些颠簸和急转弯，会晕车。周围其实没啥好玩的，酒店也没提供半日游玩一日游玩的介绍。并且，酒店提供的食品和包车服务比外面会贵不少。”

“The accommodation was alot more run down than the listing images suggest. The fake grass roofs were needing some work and really messy, there were cracks in the sinks and mould in the sink and shower. Our spa was missing a tile too. There is also construction of a hotel opposite, so our breakfast view was of a work site. It was a 10min drive to town, and Kuta does not have Grab or Gojek, so we had to call a private driver each time. The drivers were really lovely but popping into town wasn't……

“Posto molto bello, strutture in bamboo magnifiche. Purtroppo non sapevamo della presenza delle scimmie, che hanno un po’ influenzato il nostro soggiorno. Nulla da dire, è il loro habitat, ma ce n’erano molte e siamo stati per lo più chiusi nella stanza per evitarle. Servizio navetta per aeroporto costoso rispetto alla media.”

“I had a great week at Porter hotel. The best part of the hotel is the staff, they’re all so friendly, helpful and make the stay extra special. The room was cleaned every day and had everything I needed. The food at the hotel is really good, in fact I think the best meals I had on my trip were at the hotel. If one criticism I would say the immense amount of noise from the building site Nextdoor made it too noisy to be at the hotel during the day which was unfortunate and a bit disappointing. I……

“Staff were good, the room & cleanliness was good, comfy beds & pillows. Pool area was nice, filtered water on site for free, complementary biscuits in the room & welcome drink. The lady at the front was always friendly & gave tips on places to see. Felt so welcomed here.”

“Das Zimmer war schön groß & sauber und wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht auf den Pool! Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett. Die Anlage war insgesamt sehr gepflegt und modern. Wir würden immer wieder kommen :) & das Gym war auch supi, es hatte ziemlich alles was man braucht.”
