"Nice and relaxing stay in the Splendido Bay. Breakfast was delightful, Spa treatments were fabulous although indoor pool and spa area was closed for renovations, room and hotel was lovely and clean although completely overpriced, Pool and lake access was lovely. Reception staff not of a 5* standard. Not very helpful at all. Lunch was very poor and staff were quite pushy. "
