“Very poorly maintained property.. After checking room we decided to leave it immediately.. Unfortunately loss of 2 rooms fee because of no refund policy of expedia.. Expedia is also running scam adding such properties at it site and tagging it as non refundable property..”

“The place is nice but could be managed better. The furniture of the rooms needs to be refurbished. The indoor activities needs an upgrade too. The biggest issue is the stray dogs who unfortunately are not sterilized due to which they are extremely territorial and aggressive towards other dogs. As the property is a pet friendly resort, they need to ensure that the guests who come with their pets feel safe and and the stray population at the hotel does not attack the pets.”

“Received one out of two rooms on time. Second room was delayed by 45-min and then found out the bathroom was not cleaned at all with urine smell permeating through the room. After booking experience was also not optimal. Received several messages from property manager asking for 50% upfront payment inspite of booking for payment at time of checking. Could not reach property at the number listed at the Expedia booking site or the one in the email from property manager for clarification.……

“Our welcome at the reception was ice-cold no one smiled, slow check-in, we reached exactly on time but rooms weren't ready. When the 2 rooms were allotted (we were 4 family members with a toddler) it was on different floors which was very inconvenient. However, one of the senior receptionist proved to be helpful throughout with driver and some fake police issues. Rooms were sufficiently large and comfortable but linen were not exactly clean. The property condition is poorly maintained especially……

“This was our second visit to Rhythm and this feedback is purely based on recent experience and has nothing to do with Room, Staff, amenities which over all was excellent. 2 less stars are for Inhouse Food. 1. When we take a package inclusive of all Meals, we expect a good variety taste enhancement. 2. Unfortuently this time flavours were all repetitive and kids options were quite a few. 3. Considering Rhythm stands among the 5*category and amount we spend for the stay, we expect that quality……

“I think the positive reviews are paid ones. They converted an old bungalow into a hotel. It was right besides train crossing and every now and then you could hear the noise of trains. Some basic facilities like intercom was missing. Although the rooms were clean and tidy, the bedsheet was not so clean. A basic thing like shampoo and bodywash were not provided. Last but not the least, when i wanted to make a card payment, they did not have card swiping machine. Nothing great about the food. ”

“A resort with 16 room, food was awesome. Neat & well maintained. Pros : Food, game zone, clean pool 7 to 7, Adequate space in room. Cons : Non-flexibile in terms of extention & food ordering time. Less option as compared to what mentioned in the menu for food under Alacarte. ”

“Breakfast didn't have much options when we received for the 2nd day. We have paid so much money(around 4 times of the actual cost) through Expedia, and we asked for complimentary breakfast from the day1 which was already in their itinerary. On the 2nd day, we were not having any towels in our bathroom whole day. ”

“ The property looks beautiful at first instant especially in pictures and the rooms are quite spacious, which initially gives a good impression. One of the biggest disappointments is the restaurant. It is poorly maintained with no proper seating, dirty and damp walls, and mop cloths scattered across the floor to cover the wet areas.It also lack basic amnities in room like toothpaste, toothbrush, towels and even the water bottles are not present in room.The room lock is so poor that it can be……
