I traveled to London with my family I searched for a 3 bedroom & 3 bathroom property. I chose this property because of the beautiful photos of a home with modern aesthetic & excellent customer ratings. The home is centrally located with quick access to the tube, grocery stores, coffee shops & restaurants. As I was planning to do sightseeing and visit family members living in London, this property appeared to be a perfect choice for our trip. When we arrived, we noticed that there is a lot of scuff marks on the walls & the carpet was stained on the stairs & in the bedrooms. The rug in the lounge is also stained. There were greasy fingerprints on the kitchen cabinets. During our stay, 3 of the window coverings fell down. The shower upstairs in bedroom 3 has a very significant leak. Based on the significant carpet staining & the differing colors of grout in the shower, this does not appear to be a new problem. On our first night, we noticed that the mattress in bedroom 3 was sunken in the middle, on night three while we slept we were awoken by a loud noise and by the mattress that had fallen a few inches into the bed frame. Individually these shortcomings could be tolerated, but collectively it was too much & had an adverse effect on our experience at this rental.
