Lovely looking hotel, in a great spot! Room was lovely and spacious and clean with nice comfy bed. What let down the stay was some of the staff and how they seemed completely uninterested in helping guest! Ushered off the terrace as they said all tables were booked for dinner, this was at a time where not one single table was occupied. We only wanted drinks, were told to sit in the bar which was fine however staff continued to walk past us and and another couple who too were sent to the bar and didn’t serve us for 15 minutes or even acknowledge us, so we just left and went elsewhere.

This was the third time I’ve stayed at Bingham Riverhouse, and I have to say I love it. On this occasion they upgraded my room on arrival which was great. The room was tucked away at the top of the building and beautifully quiet at night. The massive shower in the bathroom was a delight. Breakfast as usual was delicious - though not included in my initial price, as I’d booked through a third party. This was the only downside in an otherwise great night’s stay, and I have no doubt I’ll be back.
