The flat was an acceptable stay, but had some safety concerns. The walk in shower had a small opening with no handrails, no anti slip mat, and no bath mat outside shower. Black moldin corners and inside shower door's handle was broken off and scratched guest. The flat wasnt available at 4pm check in time, as the "cleaners" were not finished. The instructions state do not turn heater off and do not adjust temperature as it takes a long time to warm flat and costs for use are high. The heat was turned off when we arrived and we wore clothes to bed because it was so cold. The heat eventually warmed up flat by next morning. We adjusted temperature as needed. The couch was stained and felt like it was dirty and the sleeping pillows for couch smelled like head sweat. The duvet cover was not on duvet and the bed had one sheet for couch. The couch is fine for child but the seam dividing the sections was uncomfortable for adult. The couch was very low and difficult to rise from. The living areas were large and roomy. The table seating was uncomfortable but we used throw pillows to help. The security of building looked safe but outer door never locked so building was not secure, nevertheless, we felt safe as there is no direct access from road. Flat was clean and the kitchen equiped. The washer was nice and everything was air dried using drying rack. Convient location with easy access to bus, stores and restaurants.
