A bright and contemporary two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment situated on the fourth floor of a centrally located portered building fitted with an elevator. The apartment is gracefully decorated in a modern style with wood flooring throughout the floor, creating a cosy environment that is matched by the wooded, marble-topped kitchen area. The open plan living and dining area make for a perfect location where to spend time with guests or where to enjoy a freshly cooked meal together. It is also the heart of the home, situated between the 2 bedrooms and where all the major amenities are, making for a perfect gathering place for friends and family.

The apartment is positioned right next to one of London's most sought after areas, Marylebone Lane and its pedestrianised streets, filled in every corner by eclectic and quirky stores (such as the VV rouleaux, a small haberdasher which is covered in colourful tapes). It is also located just 7 minutes away from Oxford Street and its department stores, as well as St Christopher place and its many restaurants and situated next door from Marylebone High street and its many boutiques.

The property is ideally located just 10 minutes from the central line Underground station of Bond Street and the many 24 hours bus routes which fill Oxford Street, meaning you will be able to reach all corners of this amazing city within minutes and at all times of the night.
