A small but comfortable single room on the top floor. It would have been nice to be provided with more than one towel though. Location is nice and quiet but it's very easy to hear other guests moving in and out of their rooms. A good place for a very short stay in central London.

This is a great spot if you want a quick overnight or an inexpensive place to stay. We had an issue with our first room but the staff was very attentive and took care it promptly. The rooms and bathrooms are small with very little space for suitcases. The rooms had all the essentials (beds, small closet, safe and a bathroom) but nothing extra (ex: free coffee). The hotel is an older home so there are stairs to get to every space (no elevator) and the hallways are very tight. We are small and with our luggage we didn’t have much space to move. It was good for a night, but I would not want to do a long term stay.

Wir waren zu zweit dort. Das Hotel hat seinen eigen Charme. Es ist nicht das modernste, aber wer keine hohen Ansprüche hat, kann hier eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Wir hatten 1 Woche Aufenthalt und es war sehr schön.Das Personal waf sehr freundlich, die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Immer wieder würden wir gerne dort hinfahren. Nur lieber 2 Zimmer buchen, da die Betten sehr klein sind für 2 Personen.

The property is not well maintained and the staff is very rude at times... it's the worst experience for us. Room is small and the the bathroom is designed as small as possible. If you are 6+ foot tall, then good luck to get into the bathroom without hittinh somwhere!

Because of early start didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment on this. Main issue for us was to find our room allocation was in the basement, below street level and was very small. This was a surprise and unwelcome.

The hotel was in a great location, this was the only positive. The hotel was in need of huge renovation, it was dirty and smelt musty. The shower we wouldn't use and the bed was tiny with just a small cover and sheet. We were freezing all night. We spent as little time there as possible. Out of the two staff we met on the desk one was pleasant the other very rude. I would not stay again or recommend to anyone
