Location had a water leak so we were changed to another home

The host was very courteous and notified us a day before that the home we were supposed to stay in had a water leak and would not be available. He coordinated for another location and all instructions were sent in a timely manner. The new location, however, was not very clean, which made our stay a little less relaxing. 3 towels for a family of 6, considering we were coming out of the country and our luggage was limited, was also not sufficient. Addressing some of the cleanliness needs the home would make this rental more appealing. The distribution of the space in the home was good and bathrooms were newly renovated, adding a nice touch.

We did not stay in the apartment, the photo lead you to think the apartment is on ground leave, when it’s two floors up, the was no space in the living room as a single bed was in there again not shown on photo. The stair way was full of old furniture and rubbish bags and there was someone’s cloths in the hall cupboard. And the apartment was smelly and not pleasant Very disappointed. We have had to book into a hotel.
