This hotel has 2 entire floors with 50 rooms in the basement. The room I was allocated didn't have any window, daylight or fresh air. It was on the floor -2 (second floor underground) that was labelled as 1. It will be impossible for anyone claustrophobic to sleep in these rooms. This information is not peovided at the point of booking, which is a misleading sale.
Upon my protest, the front desk staff reluctantly gave me a room on the upper floor. This room was very small but had a window. Nevertheless, the window had a closed glass that was so frosted that the only thing visible through it was daylight, nothing else.
Overall, the hotel is clean and the staff is good but the rooms are terrible and way overpriced for what they are. Anybody with claustrophobia shall stay away from this hotel.
