Expedia listed the square footage of the room as 560 ft.² but the room was probably less than 100 sq ft. It was false advertising and I was very upset. I reported it to the man who worked there and he said he was contacting Expedia about it but nothing was done about it and he never called me back. Also, there was no mattress pad on the bed just a sheet. Also in the pictures they show a small grassy area with a picnic table, but that’s only available if you book the garden room. I wasn’t expecting much from this place since it was cheap, but I was upset because I would’ve chosen a different place that I know in the facts. There were other issues too, that I won’t go into.

The area was very quiet and the rooms were clean. However, there seemed to be only 1 shared bath among about 4-5 rooms. Seems like an additional powder room would be nice to add.

This review will probably get buried or deleted. This is NOT a hotel; it is a rooming house. As soon as you walk in, it smells like cigarettes. There was an open loaf of bread on the kitchen counter with dishes in the sink. The room was on the ground floor and opened directly onto a street. It was blazing hot, so you had to have the window open. I did not feel safe. I did not feel safe sleeping by the open window or going out and leaving our luggage there. The shower gave me the creeps. When we tried to tell the man who opened the door and changed the beds that I wasn't staying, we could not find him. When we tried to call the property owner, the phone was off. We documented everything, but of course they lied and said they offered us another room. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.
