The apartment’s equipment and level of cleanliness did not meet our expectations. For a four-night stay for six people, there were only four rolls of toilet paper, and there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. One of the toilets had not been flushed and contained waste, the toilet brushes were covered in red mold, and the surfaces were clearly not cleaned. In addition, the extra bed we paid for separately was missing pillows entirely. I tried to contact the accommodation through Hotels.com, but they have not responded to my messages even after a month.

Easily the worst place i have ever stayed on in my entire life. We arrived at the apartment, two grown ups and a child(1year old). The first thing we see is the floors are extremely dirty. Then we checked the kitchen. The kitchen sink is broken, not attached to the kitchen top. The plates, glasses, bowls, knives and forks are not washed after the previous stay there. The downstairs toilet was broken aswell. The upstairs bathroom was a leak from the sink. We found used condoms by the bed on the second bedroom downstairs. The floors all over the apartment was not cleaned. The bathroom had stains of dirt all over, and it was disgusting even being inside. When we ordered this apartment, we thought it was luxury, since the price, and pictures was of a high standard, but if you are considering this, i really hope this text will make you change your mind. Im absolutely baffled by the service of this place. No compensation for our stay, no nothing.

Our stay as a family of 5

The appartment was as described, clean and spacious. Walking distance to the Camden metro station so is well connected. They have all the equipment required. The terrace on the top floor was a delight. However the noise isolation is non existant. We were there on a weekend and we could hear so many noises from the street, the cars, buses, music, people yelling, all night long. Communication was hard. One evening we went to a west end show and before leaving the electricity in the entire appartment went off. The entrance is electric so we were scared to leave and not being able to get back in so my husband stayed while the electricity was fixed and could not go to the show, so we lost the money for his ticket and he couldn't join the experience. I prevented them that I wasn't gonna be able to use my phone and that my husband had their details, however when my husband called he didn't get an answer and while in the show I received two emails and a phone call. Gladly the electricity got fixed when we were back.
