The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We arrived a bit earlier than check-in time but the hotel stored our luggage. There were some great restaurants nearby as well. Overall a great stay!

We stayed for 2 nights in a nice, clean room. The staff was super friendly, and it’s within walking distance of 3 London Underground stations, a great spot! The breakfast was really good for the price. Definitely highly recommended!

Das Zimmer ist etwas größer als üblich. Wir hatten ein behindertengerechtes Bad. Leider ein Fenster, was ich nicht öffnen ließ. Was ein bisschen schade war, dass man immer übereinander drüber steigen müsste, um ins Bett zu kommen. Das Bild steht an der Wand, so dass mindestens einer über den anderen drüber steigen musste. Ein Schrank ist auch nicht vorhanden, was uns aber auch nichts ausmacht, da wir nur zwei Tage in London waren. Das Frühstück war lecker alles leider nur süß. Aber für die zwei Tage völlig in Ordnung.

The room is small and the bedsheets and comforter has some kind of stain. When I ask to replace it the desk said they don’t do that unless we stayed for the whole week. Ask for a clean and I thought it will be done when I come back in the afternoon the housekeeper knocked about 4 pm and just gave us a fresh towel and I said come back in 10 minutes with the young housekeeper seems not happy hearing that and didn’t showed up but when I ask at the desk they do rectify. Some young receptionist sometimes seems not happy when you ask for favor as it shows on their face. However some are really friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea in receptionist available for guest. Stay is fine but probably will not stay again if I come back in London.

The room was clean enough but it felt like a prison cell. I understand the concept having stayed at a CitizenM, but alt least CitizenM had personality. The room was dingy and wallpaper was peeling. There was rarely any staff in the lobby. They don’t have coffee makers I they rooms but it’s free 24/7 in the lobby. It would be helpful if they provided take away cups since you otherwise have to carry and open mug of coffee back up to your room. I am shocked at how high the reviews were, the people who stayed there have clearly low expectations. The one good thing was the location very close to the Tower and easy transport.
