Easy check in. Clean room with a very comfy bed. Grateful for ability to store luggage after check-out. Only downside was that we were on the main floor with the entrance door on other side of bed wall (heard people coming and going at various times through the night)

It was intersting to stay by the canal. Clean and spacious rooms, plenty of towels, a kitchen with the usable utencils, a supermarket is in 10 minute walking distance and a bus stop is right across the street. Staff was efficient and quick to respond to inquiries. I'd stay here again.

Perfect location to get around to all of London and to get to/from airport or train arrivals via the tube - less than a five minute walk. We arrived early and dropped off our bags, when we came back to check in they had already moved our bags to our room - great service! Sometimes you're worried about safety when starting near a train station like that, but my wife and I felt relatively safe, even after dark (though we were never really out past 10pm due to jet lag). We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to London!
