Loving London

We absolutely loved the location and convenience of this property. I was nervous after reading some reviews, but the apartment was wonderful and the staff was great to deal with. There is a sign on the door telling you where to check in so not sure what some people had an issue with. There happened to be a severe heat wave and there wasn't any air conditioning, but they found us a fan which made it tolerable. So convenient to the tube and so many places to walk to including Hyde Park, Harrods and Buckingham Palace. Also so many restaurants and pubs to walk to- we loved our stay. Would definitely return there again!

Worst stay of life . Paid for 4 star pricing & service below 2 star . Not sure how are they maintaining license to run this business. - Checkin address is different than what is on reservation. You need to call them to figure it out , they don’t tell up front . - No AC or fan . First week of July was hot . You need to keep window open night . Be ready to hear noise throughout the night . - Dirty sofa cushion , uneven floor ( tiles are not aligned ) & missing basic things in kitchen like dishwasher detergent. - Extremely poor reception /Customer service response . Personally approached them continuously three days in series to provide shower gel / shampoo/ extra sheet ( I paid extra for this). They didn’t care to fix . Need to send email + call manager to get it on 4th day of total 5 days stay . - No instructions for checkout . No one to talk in English before 10am or after 6pm Only good thing is location ( near to earl’s court , super store and restaurants etc).

Good location. Apart from that, woke up to see a bed bug crawling in my pillow. We rented 2 apartments. The top one was terribly hot, the fan was nor working at all. The apartment on ground level had a lot of noise and couldn't close the windows because they were not working properly. The bathroom extractor fans of both apartments were not working. I talked to the person who received me and didn't care at all. After a while he told me he would fix it 9 am next morning. Of course, nothing happened. The shower drainage was not working in one of the apartments either. Water would flood the bathroom. The furniture in the apartments were horrible.

Shabby & tired

Disjointed book in. Tired room in need of refurbishment. Extremely hot with only an old fan to alleviate to claustrophobic space. Not suitable as in middle of chemo and unable to stay cool in the heat. Manager did his best to accommodate but had nothing to offer to change the room but more poor rooms in a similar state. At the price (Kensington prices) you would expect better. Refund hasn’t been done as hotel stated this was the booking agents responsibility. Agents state they need hotel to confirm refund! Manager disappeared when this was needed. All in all not satisfactory at all on any level.

L'apppartamento è al piano -1, cmq carino e appena ristrutturato, funzionale, anche se alcune parti devono ancora essere completate, soprattutto il mobilio, che è tutto nuovo ma mancante di alcuni sportelli. Le poltrone sono ivece quelle vecchie originali, direi che si possono buttare... Per il resto è carino e confortevole, sebbene non vengano svuotati i cestini quotidianamente, e i cambi lenzuola e asciugamani non sono stati fatti (siamo stati 5 notti). I vetri sono molto sottili, per chi soffre i rumori può essere un problema per la notte, ma la strada è secondaria e tuttosommato si resiste. migliorabile.

Inget varmvatten och sunkigt

Hemskt! Inget varmvatten och sunkigt med noll trivselkänsla! Smutsig soffa som jag fick lägga handdukar på för att våga sitta i. Badrummet var helt ok men hade inte någon större glädje av det pga avsaknaden på varmvatten. Flyttade ut dag 3 då det fortfarande saknades varmvatten och jag inte heller fick någon kontakt med receptionen( som finns i ett annat hus). Annonseras som 4-stjärnigt och lustigt nog som luxuöst! Inte ens i närheten av 2 stjärnor. De som driver stället har ingen som helst serviceanda. Boka aldrig här! Jag hade bokat 3 nätter och betalat i förskott, men stannade bara 2 nätter. Hotels.com bör ändra beskrivningen så den överensstämmer med verkligheten! Kontaktade även Hotels.com dag 2 om problemen jag hade. Först på telefon och blev ombedd att även maila klagomålen. Detta är 4 dagar sedan och jag har inte hört ett ord! Jag är väldigt besviken på er kundservice så detta är sista gången jag bokar via er!

not really hotel, more AirBnB standard.

This is not a hotel, this is a set of apartments and are much more like you would expect an AirBnB to be rather than a hotel. One night the key didn't work, we spent 10 mins, before the attendant arrived only to be told he couldn't reset the key and we had to wait a further 15 mins for the next person to arrive to fix it. You get what you pay for so make sure you aren't paying a lot for this place. Overall the apartment was okay, clean enough, and some awkward layout in the bathroom means you are climbing over the toilet to get into it! It's central enough and just down the road from Earls Court Tube, so if you are out and about it's easy to get about.

L hôtel est propre et bien situé. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Peut être parfait pour une famille car il y a une chambre et une grande piece ds lequel est située la cuisine. Le gros point noir de cet établissement est qu il n y a pas de réception. On ne voit personne excepté un gardien dans l établissement d un côté. Pas de petit Dejeuner possible.

Only if you are desperate.

Overpriced. Sheet for sofa bed stained and had a hole in it. Kitchen dirty with a used scourer, no tea towel, we had to dry dishes with napkins we bought. Table had to be pulled to cooker to plug in toaster or kettle if using cooker at same time. Sofa bed has mechanism out of alignment so struggled to fold it back in, so much that on the 2nd night I just slept on it as a sofa. Radiators were on full on arrival so hot that I burnt my arm. The bedroom radiator wouldn't turn off!! Uneven floorboards hurt our feet as they were stuck up. There were 3 of us but they could only give us 1 keycard. we left on Sunday morning but there was no info on what to do with the key so we had to post it through the letterbox of No 4 which is were we checked in. We booked this pretty much last minute as a relative was in hospital so it had what we needed at the time but overall the kitchen is filthy and bedding not great. Definitely over priced. I would rather take my chances in a hostel.

We didn't even get through the front door. granted it was late in the evening but the after hours number that was provided did not work and the flat number we was instructed to get in contact with never answered. Ended up having to find somewhere else. Cheers for nothing.

Bad place and bad service. Only location in good.

The building seems fine from the outside but once inside you discover the truth. Our room was smelly as hell. There was a terrible sewer water smell reaching every room including the bedrooms that made it impossibile to have a decent sleep. The staff is quite absent and you have to try several times to find someone at the reception desk. Overall experience was non good and not recommendable.

Perfect place to stay

We got here early and everyone was great. We were able to check into the room and drop off our stuff while they were cleaning. The front desk staff was quick and efficient. The apartment is spacious and clean with plenty of helpful amenities. Great place to stay.
