Convenient, bright and functional room, but tight
Cozy apartment, conveniently located in Earl’s Court, short walking distance to the tube. The place is small but has most of what you need. Appreciate the small cooktop and microwave so we can prepare simple meals and breakfast.
Despite the double glazing windows, road noises can still be heard. It was fine for me, but for others this maybe an issue. The blinds are not full shades, so it gets bright when sun is out. The elevator was out of service for the entire time of our 7 days stay (does not seem will be fixed anytime soon), so do be prepared to walk up stairs.
The manager was very responsive and helpful. Very nice guy and he even helped us carry our luggage down the stairs at check out (since the elevator was still out). I do appreciate that very much.
All in all, it’s a fine place to stay on budget. It’s no frills and expect to be in tight quarters. If noise and walking stairs are not an issue, then it’s a good deal. But may not work for everyone.
