Appalling place. Not fit for purpose. Freezer unusable, fully blocked with ice, bathroom door does not close, bathroom fan doesn't work (and when it did rained dust all over the floor), toilet seat broken, walls have significant cracks and holes, lacks basic kitchen facilities. Looks nothing like the photos on line. Spend your money on somewhere else. Overpriced dogbox.

Our apartment was a very poor standard. Freezer was fully blocked with ice so completely unusable, fan in bathroom did not work and rained dust when it did work, bathroom door broken & did not close, toilet seat loose, shower head hanging off wall, multiple holes and significant cracks in walls, blocked drain in shower and sink. No teatowels. Does not look anything like the photos on Expedia and in terrible condition for expensive price being charged.

I was traveling with a service animal.. I was told hrs after checking “ no pets” explained not a pet.. had two men bang on my door asking me to leave immediately and numerous texts to leave. It was a rainy Sunday evening they didn’t care. The lock to the apartment was broken and they rather harass a tenant than fix the security issue. I pack and have bags ready to leave following morning.. asked for refund.. “ charging you two night’s accommodation “ This was a stressful experience and wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

The accommodation was far below any acceptable standard. When we arrived and opened the door to the apartment, we were immediately overwhelmed by a strong and unpleasant smell of stale cigarette. We had specifically booked a non-smoking apartment. When we raised this issue with the host, the only solution offered was to have the apartment cleaned again. Unfortunately, this made no difference whatsoever, as the cigarette odor had clearly permeated the furniture and other furnishings. Since the smell remained unchanged, we informed the host that we could not continue staying in the apartment. However, the host refused to accept any responsibility for the situation or provide a satisfactory resolution. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was also well below standard. The bathroom exhaust fan was covered in dust, the shower was heavily affected by limescale buildup, and the windows were so dirty that they left black residue on our fingers when touched. Our experience with Hotels.com was equally disappointing. They accepted no responsibility for the situation and were unwilling to provide any meaningful assistance in resolving the issue.

Nice apartment with basic nesessities.  Rutines for Chek-in should be better explained, however their representatives was easy accessible on the phone. Sofabed could be upgraded. Good enough for the kids, but it would not be very comfortable for adults for longer visits.  Plus for aircondition, Wifi, and smart TV. Great location! Would come again.

Não foi uma boa experiência pois quando chegamos em Londres, mas precisamente em frente ao apartamento não tinha ninguém para nos receber. Nos mandaram um email para que avisássemos 30 minutos antes da nossa chegada ao local e assim fizemos mas não adiantou de nada. Não nos passaram a senha de acesso ao prédio tão pouco a senha / chave para acessarmos a acomodação. Conseguir ligar para eles depois de 30 minutos, onde fique mais 10 minutos esperando alguém aparecer para aí sim abrir o prédio e nos dar a chave de acesso ao apartamento. Passamos 7 dias sem que eles trocassem as toalhas, o ar quente simplesmente não funcionou, ou seja, o nosso quarto ficou extremamente frio. Não volto nunca mais para esse London Central Studios.
