Location location location
We stayed here during a cold and mostly wet week in April and loved the central location and the buzz of Gerrard Street. It was really easy to get around and find nice restaurants.
The building is quite old and is not really soundproof, despite using ear plugs. The master bedroom window faces dozends of air conditioning units from the restaurants. That didn't bother us too much though.
The reason for why we give 4 stars is the very limited space in the bathroom and the broken closet of the master bedroom cluttered up with large moving boxes and containing a safe that looked rather unsafe.
We had to hang the wet towels for 4 people in the small living room which was already crowded with our 4 suitcases in the corners and under the table.
Apart from that, absolutely great place. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating.
