A spacious 1 bedroom apartment located in Silkworks, a luxurious development with landscaped gardens, convenience store and a children’s play area onsite.
The flat includes free unlimited access to the on-site exclusive gym.
The apartment is in a great location a 5 minute walk from Lewisham and Elverson Road stations with quick links to Canary Wharf, Greenwich and the City. The are numerous shops and nice restaurants within walking distance. The famous Greenwich Park is a 20 minute walk away.
The space
The apartment has a lovely open plan kitchen and living area with a nice seated balcony.
There’s a large bedroom with a Juliette balcony and large built in wardrobe. The sofa converts into a double bed so the apartment can comfortably host up to 4 people.
There is easy parking right outside.
Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven, air fryer.
Washing machine, High speed internet, TV with Netflix
