The apartment is well appointed and the location is excellent for touring London. Travelocity listed this property as having A/C, but it DOES NOT. 10 months out of the year, this would probably not be an issue, but it should not have been listed as such, especially when the property was specifically booked for a July visit based on it having A/C. Also, be aware that even though the property is listed as having lift access, the lift only takes you to the 2nd floor. The climb up the additional floors is substantial and would be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Lastly, the phone number listed with the check-in instructions is not a valid phone number. We consider it a minor miracle that we were able to contact the property manager because some service workers happened to arrive at the property while we were waiting out front and they had a reliable phone number for him. I'm not sure how we would have reached him had they not happened along. The young lady who checked us in was very nice and very helpful.
