Listing could use a review
As a new listing on vrbo, I tried to be understanding, but was extremely disappointed that the property didn’t match the listing. First and foremost, I specifically filtered for properties that have AC. Come to find out, it DID NOT. It was extremely hot and the windows didn’t even open all the way. Secondly, the check in instructions claimed that you needed a key fob to get into the building, however, what was left out was that you have to walk .5km in the opposite direction to obtain it from a convenience store. Lastly, the checkout time on the listing claimed to be 1030, but he requested we be out by 1000. Honestly a minor inconvenience, but still a discrepancy. For the positives. The location is great with many bars, restaurants and a park close by. On Saturday/Sunday there was also a quant farmers market. When I inquired about the AC, the manager did drop off fans the following day. There is a full kitchen, a washer/dryer and cleaning supplies to include dishwasher tablets and laundry pods which I appreciated. The overall cleanliness could be improved, but it wasn’t as much of a deal breaker as no AC.
